The NYCOMPS consortium aims to establish a pipeline for structure determination of membrane proteins, applying structural genomics approaches informed by the collective experience of our team of investigators. NYCOMPS is currently supported as a PSI:Biology Membrane Center by the Protein Structure Initiative (PSI) at the National Institutes for General Medical Sciences at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the USA. The current five-year funding began in Summer 2010.
